01

Permitted use

You may use this website for lawful business and recruiting purposes. You may not interfere with security or availability; submit malicious code; scrape, probe, reverse engineer, or extract protected systems or data; impersonate another person; violate privacy or intellectual-property rights; submit discriminatory or unlawful hiring requests; or use the site to harass, deceive, or harm others.

02

Public AI and informational content

Public answers, market examples, candidate previews, and AI-assisted content are general informational tools. They are not legal, tax, compensation, employment, or hiring advice and are not a promise that a candidate, result, timeline, price, or service is available. Do not enter confidential candidate information or sensitive personal data into a public feature.

03

Recruiting relationship

Using the site, submitting an inquiry, or interacting with a public tool does not create an employment, agency, fiduciary, exclusive-search, or client relationship. A recruiting engagement begins only under a written agreement. Urrly does not guarantee an interview, offer, hire, placement, or business outcome.

04

Content and intellectual property

The website, design, text, software, and Urrly marks are owned by or licensed to Urrly and protected by law. Urrly grants a limited, revocable, nonexclusive right to use the public site for its intended purpose. Feedback may be used by Urrly without restriction or compensation, provided Urrly does not thereby acquire ownership of your preexisting confidential information.

05

Disclaimers and limitation

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the site is provided “as is” and “as available,” without implied warranties of merchantability, fitness, noninfringement, accuracy, or uninterrupted operation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Urrly will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from public website use. Some jurisdictions do not allow every exclusion, so those limits apply only to the extent lawful.

06

Changes, governing law, and contact

Urrly may suspend misuse and update these terms by posting a revised date. Arizona law governs these terms, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and disputes relating solely to public website use will be brought in state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
