Depending on how you interact with Urrly, we may collect:

• Information from lawful professional and public sources, clients, referrals, recruiting platforms, and service providers.

Do not submit sensitive personal information through a general website form unless Urrly specifically requests it through an appropriate channel.

Urrly uses information to provide recruiting and talent-intelligence services; respond to inquiries; identify, evaluate, and communicate with potential candidates; support client hiring processes; secure and improve its systems; measure site and service performance; comply with law; and establish or defend legal rights.

Where AI or automated tools support recruiting work, the boundaries described in the Data & AI Notice apply.

Urrly may disclose information to the client associated with a recruiting process; to vendors that provide hosting, communications, analytics, CRM, scheduling, security, and AI services; to professional advisers; in a business transaction; or when required to protect rights, safety, and legal obligations.

Urrly does not sell personal information for money. Some analytics or advertising technologies may be treated as a “sale,” “sharing,” or targeted advertising under certain state laws; where those technologies are used, Urrly will provide the legally required notice and choice.

Urrly keeps information only as long as reasonably necessary for the recruiting or business purpose, legal requirements, dispute resolution, security, and recordkeeping. Retention varies by record type and relationship. Urrly uses administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the information, but no system can guarantee absolute security.

Depending on where you live and applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, or information about disclosures; object to certain processing; or opt out of certain sale, sharing, or targeted advertising. Urrly will verify requests and may retain information where permitted or required.

Submit a request through the contact page with “Privacy request” in the message. Authorized agents may submit requests where applicable. Urrly will not discriminate against you for exercising a legal privacy right.
