Urrly aims to make this website usable with current assistive technologies and to align with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA where reasonably achievable. Accessibility is part of design, development, content review, and ongoing quality assurance.
Current measures
- Semantic headings, landmarks, labels, and descriptive links.
- Keyboard-visible focus states and a skip link.
- Text alternatives for meaningful images and reduced-motion support.
- Responsive layouts designed for keyboard, mobile, tablet, and desktop use.
- Form labels, status announcements, clear errors, and appropriately sized controls.
Recruiting accommodations
If you need a reasonable accommodation to access an Urrly-managed recruiting process, tell Urrly what barrier you encountered and the accommodation that would help. Urrly will work with the relevant client where appropriate. Accommodation requests are handled separately from job-related evaluation to the extent reasonably possible.
Report a barrier
Use the contact page and include “Accessibility” plus the page, feature, assistive technology, browser or device, and a short description of the barrier. Urrly will acknowledge the report and work toward a practical resolution.
Third-party content
Some linked recruiting, scheduling, social, or other third-party services are outside Urrly’s direct control. Urrly welcomes reports about barriers in those experiences and will seek an accessible alternative where reasonably available.
